Federal Funding for Prostate Cancer Research

There are 2 major programs that directly advance patient care for prostate cancer patients. 

​These are:

• The Department of Defense (DoD) Congressionally Directed Federal Research Program (CDMRP) Prostate Cancer Research Program (PCRP).
• And the National Institute of Health (NIH) National Cancer Institute (NCI) Early Detection Research Network (EDRN).
